1. How do you price your garments?
We take many factors into consideration when providing a quote, most important are the number of garments in your order, the type of garment you are ordering, the number of colors to be printed & the number of print locations. Our pricing system for custom screen printing is all-inclusive, which means there are no separate screen fees or setup fees if we are printing the same size layout on the whole order. If different print sizes are required, a separate setup fee and higher minimum may apply.
2. How do you price artwork?
Artwork is priced separately from screen printing. We charge $50.00 an hour for time spent behind the computer working on your logo. Most artwork can be done within 1-2 hours; however, more time consuming art (like artwork with multiple colors and print locations) will be charged accordingly.
3. What is the minimum I can order?
The smallest order we accept is 24 pieces (one color imprint max). For multi-color prints, our minimum starts at 36 pieces, but may be higher depending on the final color count in your artwork.
4. What is your turnaround time?
Screen printing turnaround time is 10-14 business days after final art approval. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for orders being shipped UPS or FedEx ground.
5. What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and bank account payments online. Credit card, corporate checks, and cash are accepted in person. Orders paid for with a personal check are subject to a 3-5 day processing delay while the check clears. We require a half-down deposit to process your order, the balance will be due at the time of shipment or pickup.
6. What kind of artwork or art file is acceptable?
Acceptable forms can simply be an idea or a rough sketch to a complete a print-ready art file. We accept the following file formats: .ai, .pdf, .eps, .psd, (.tif, or .jpg not recommended). If you send a .jpg file, art should be submitted at 300+ dpi & at final print size (up to 13″X18″). For Vector based artwork (Adobe Illustrator file), convert all text to curves before sending the file and embed any raster images that may be included.
7. What type of printing techniques do you offer?
We offer standard plastisol printing, including spot, 4-color process and simulated process printing. We also offer water based and discharge printing or a hybrid print, using a discharge under-base and plastisol top colors. Foil, glitter, shimmer, glow in the dark and reflective printing is also available.
8. Do you guarantee your products?
Yes, we guarantee our products. ASG guarantees that your t-shirts will be exactly what was quoted (ex…garment style, garment color, ink color, print position, print location). We send a color proof via email for our customers to approve. If a mistake was made on our end, we will reprint the shirts, according to your specifications, at no additional cost to you.
9. How long will you honor a quote?
All quotes are good for 14 days from the date given or sent. If you received a quote from us and longer than 14 days have passed, contact us again with the info. More than likely, the quote will not have changed.
